New IBCC Grading Scheme: Starts for 12th Class in 2027

The new 10-grade scale (A++ to U) with 40% passing marks applies to 12th class from the 1st Annual 2027. FBISE confirmed this in their official notice. It does not apply to HSSC-II 2026.
